Tips for getting to sleep šŸ’¤

Hi all, I’m 36 weeks pregnant with twins and am absolutely exhausted as for the last few weeks I have been barely sleeping at night due to not being able to comfortable and the babies always being super active at night. I know it’s a long shot as I don’t imagine there’s much more I can do but thought it worth asking for tips from anyone who may have had a similar experience as it’s been genuinely so difficult living off such little sleep especially while looking after a 2 year old as well.

thanks in advance, Phoebe

The biggest thing that helped me was the husband going in the spare room šŸ™ˆ a bit cruel but I must have been on edge not wanting to disturb him so not moving freely and also the extra room helps as turning is such an ordeal! Other than that I think baby dictates sleep depending on position. Since my bub has engaged I'm getting much better sleep. Xxx

My partner and I are still sharing a bed and I do find I worry about keeping him up due to moving around so that is a good point, won’t be long until these babies are here so might have to ask him to sleep in our spare room for the last week or so!
