It only came on last weekend.....i am 27 weeks pregnant. A bath helps a bit

I think its important to have a really good chair for computer - even its only Mumsnet (like me)!

and your work are obliged to do this esp if you are preg

I'm having at least 2 baths a day to try and relax those muscles, it's okay in the first instance you get out of the bath but comes back after half hour or so!
should i try something else?

I got one of those kneely chairs for work (they bought it) and it worked a treat.
I also got a referral from the dr for accupuncture you can have 6 sessions on nhs and that was good too.

Gem1355 · 03/12/2004 11:32

Will i have to see the dr or will my midwife be able to adv something? who would the best person be to see about it

Work needed a dr's referral to make the changes to my workstation (ie. buy a new chair) and I think a dr has to refer to accupuncture.
Probably worth making an appointment.
