Has anyone experienced this I have had spotting when I wipe and it's pink?

I have put a pad on and it's been all day but only when I wipe.

I had a small amount of pink spotting last weekend at 19+2 so called the hospital and they asked me to go in and get checked over, especially as I’m rhesus negative - you should probably give your midwife/the hospital a call? In my case everything was fine, I just had thrush which was irritating my cervix which has an ectropion (rough patch). I also had to have an anti d jab x

I contacted the maternity service and they said basically they are not concerned if it gets any heavier or any pains to give them a call. I just can't stop worrying.

I've had spotting since 18 weeks, now 20 weeks. Had a scan by EPU two weeks ago and everything was fine. My placenta is anterior and covering the cervix which they thought was the cause - guessing my placenta still hasn't moved but will find out tomorrow at 20 week scan. Also rhesus negative so had the anti-D. Do you know your position of the placenta? Always worth a call to the midwife / hospital unit to get checked over 😊

My placenta is also anterior. So could possibly be the reason perhaps.

@chickpea95 is it low lying too? Have you had your 20 week scan yet? It's best to call them and get it checked out as it could be a whole range of different things

Please get checked of you won't settle. **
