Hi everyone. Just as a disclaimer- I am going to call triage in an hour or so, as my daughter's are being collected by their dad at 12.30.
When I was about 24 weeks I over did it one day and was on my feet constantly.. that night I hardly woke up for a wee and the next day had swollen hands, ankles, feet and puffy eyes. I drank lots of fluid and that evening I started to deflate. 🙈
Today I've woken up with a numb right hand and puffy fingers on both. I have only been able to make a fist for the last half hour or so. Also feels like carpal tunnel in my left wrist. My feet and ankles are swollen (not too worried about that as it's an every day occurrence now) and both of my eyelids are puffy.
I'm going to get checked regardless BC my mum had pre-E so I'm at a higher risk, though this is DC #4 and I've never had it before.
Is there a chance though that this is just usual pregnancy swelling? Obviously with it being Christmas I was on my feet a lot yesterday so I'm just hoping it's that. I've never swollen anywhere other than my ankles in pregnancies before, but my BP has been good (was low and was now normal) and no protein in wee.
