Prolapse - Advice?

Hello everyone,

I have been constipated for a few weeks (7 weeks pregnant) now and I really had to push hard yesterday to get something out. Midst pushing I felt a change in my pelvic area. It felt unstable and every time I push there’s also pee dripping even though I’ve emptied the bladder. I can’t remember it being like that before. I’m really scared something prolapsed. When I insert a finger in my vagina and push there is bulging down from the pelvic floor almost the whole way down the vaginal canal. I’ve read that bulging down can be prolapse but at the same time I feel like there must be some bulging down naturally when pushing?
or should the vaginal canal stay totally unaffected when pushing?
Has anyone experienced this? ❤️
