Hey, I told my DH today that I'm unexpectedly pregnant (although he has always wanted a 3rd child). His reaction, was are you joking. I hope your planning to sort that situation out. I'm only 4/5 weeks but already suffering from morning sickness.

I know its Christmas day but I really want to talk things through and nothing has been mentioned. It's a convenient time to avoid the subject. Visiting friend and family etc.

Can anyone offer any help or advice?

Wow I'm so sorry. Do you want to keep it? It's ultimately your decision but would be nice to have an excited and supportive DH. Talk to him asap. Maybe wait till tomorrow when you have some time hopefully xx

All you can do is talk to him. It must have been an upsetting reaction when you told him. Why was he so shocked, was he using condoms?

Were you both using contraception?

Yes we have used condoms for 18 years. Dont remember being concerned or worried after the deed.
