No baby I’m scan

hi. Basically I had my last period 30th October. Missed it. Done a test 30th of nov it was negative. Done another one 8th December and its positive. Went for a scan today and nothing was there. Still positive tests and no bleeding. Dates by last period shud be 7weeks but wouldn’t that have shown on the 1st test I done? So confused?

Do you have irregular cycles? It sounds like you probably ovulated late. If you had a negative test on 30th nov, and then positive on 8th Dec, you probably aren’t more than 5 or 6 weeks pregnant. Maybe even earlier. This may be why they couldn’t see anything on scan. Was it an internal scan? Done at EPU or privately? Have you had blood tests taken?

Hi it was a privet scan. And it’s strange u should say that my normal cycle is 28 days but my last cycle was 2 month so literally missed a period. Yes it was internal. I have to go to antinatal tonight at 4 xxx

@Justme91 i think it sounds like you possibly ovulated a bit later than you thought too, hence the negative test on the 30th but a positive a week later!
