Hello all. Is anyone an expert on shared parental leave?
I work for a medium sized company but our 2 hr people are truly dreadful at their jobs and know less about hr and SPL than I do and they are reluctant to learn.
My partner works for a tiny company with no hr person and they have freely admitted they nothing about SPL and have asked my partner what they need to do.
We want to make life easy for them by providing all the information and sending them a plan for our leave that we know is legal and they can't really argue with. Apart from Google does anyone have any advice on the best resources that lays out the employers responsibilities?
Or does anyone have any tips for us and what we need to consider?
