I’m 4 weeks pregnant with my second and need a bit of accountability to keep me healthy during pregnancy. I’m obviously not trying to lose weight but during my first pregnancy I really didn’t give it much thought and whilst my daughter is amazing and healthy, I want to do better this time as I’m conscious pregnancy might be more difficult second time around with a toddler to look after.
I’m planning to use this thread to document what I’m eating and any exercise (I’m working with a personal trainer who is antenatal qualified, and have been working with her for two years already).
Would anyone like to join in for a bit of solidarity/ accountability? Are there any other similar threads going?
