I've had SPD for most of my pregnancy, baby has always been head down and for some reason I always always felt pressure walking. Last night I cried from the pain, couldn't stand up without asking for help and I'd be waddling like a penguin. It hurt to drive as well.
Middle of the night I decided to turn over and go on all 4s, bum in the air and chest down on the bed. Stayed like this for about 10 minutes. Woke up this morning and I feel like a new woman!!! I can walk, I can breathe, I can eat without feeling sick or throwing up. I'm not in pain whatsoever 😀 feels like I'm not pregnant now and that's without exaggeration 😀

However, I am a little bit confused.. does this mean baby is now in the correct position for birth or does it mean he decided to not be head down anymore? I feel zero pressure by the pelvis.

Hello, I’m 38+1 and had spd from about 20 weeks with it getting increasingly worse. I’ve been on crutches and the last few weeks pretty much housebound. Yesterday I cried with the pain and today I’ve woken up and I feel ok. I can move. I’ve had a bath. I can stand on 1 leg. I have no idea if baby has moved but it’s so strange. Im due for a sweep on Wednesday and to be induced on the 10th! X

I had it for around 3 months and I was nearly in tears most days from it. Now 36 weeks and it disappeared a few weeks ago! Still have some stiffness in my thighs. Such a relief.
