I’m 38 weeks and have been listening to some hypnobirthing tracks on YouTube (especially Bridget Teylor’s Built to Birth series).
They’re helping me a lot to relax and keep a good mindset towards birth - this is my first.
My partner on the other hand is starting to get a lot of headaches and seems to be getting more anxious as the day approaches. I think it might help him to listen to something similar but geared towards dads/ birth partners, i.e. affirmations about how he will be strong, calm, supportive partner etc.
Can anyone recommend anything?
