dry skin in pregnancy - any advice?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and the skin on my face is so dry. I seem to have developed a bit of an allergy to the face cream I was using (I reckon it is because it is perfumed) so I have been using aqueous cream but I don't want to go on using it for too much longer. It is moisturising but doesn't have any sun protection, anti-aging stuff etc in it and also a bit thick and gloopy.

Can anyone recommend anything preferably fragrance free?

my skin went really sensitive and dry when I was pregnant and has never been the same. My dh bought me some creme de la mer its fantastic unfortunately its expensive but you really do only use a tiny bit

I think it depends on what your budget is. You could ask for advice from your local department store but they'll probably all tell you there one is the best! May be try a few a boots?
