Snoring

not sure how to categorise this post but I’m pregnant and this may be a factor.

Husband is currently on the sofa because of my snoring. He’s very kind and understanding but is a bit fed up and tired, can’t help feel it’s causing a bit of tension between us, I feel guilty and frankly it’s cold and I miss cuddling in bed.

I’m a slim woman so it’s not weight related. It seems to purely be my nose. I can’t breathe though it, it’s blocked but I don’t have a cold or any mucus. If I blow it nothing will come out. It’s been like this in the past but the last month or so it’s been constant.

I suppose it could be one of a few things.

  • pregnancy symptom
  • nasal polyps
  • house is old and therefore slightly damp and we have mould that we are keeping on top of but could be a factor.

I have nasal drops with a mild steroid in suggested by my doctor which are apparently ineffective.

looking for any suggestions that might help.
