Prickly rash but only over bump, 15 weeks pregnant.

I've had a slightly itchy bump over the past two days but thought not much of it. I've looked this evening and it looks like a red rash but only across my belly! Have attached a picture. Is this anything to be concerned about? Doctors have closed now and don't want to waste anyone's time.

I got this, the elastic over bump bit of my work maternity trousers. Test your clothing.

I will say I've been subject to much higher skin sensitivity now I'm pregnant (38wks now). I cant wear my watch, a simple gold chain or dangly earrings without coming up in a rash. Midwife says it will return to normal.
