I am 27 wks pg with baby no 2 and am finding it a bit difficult. I carried my ds very low first time round but this one seems even lower. Yesterday was a nightmare as the baby was head down and felt like it would pop out if i sneezed! It is causing a lot of pressure and pain and adding to back problems. Does anyone have any tips to help move baby upwards (apart from standing on my head!) Thanks x

it is actually quite good baby is head down, im 30 weeks+ and mine is breech still.

i know its uncomfy, would a cushion help or try going on all fours to relieve some pressure and ache.

In some ways it does make me feel a bit better that it's head down at this stage! I'm currently sleeping on a couple of pillows for my back ache but to be honest it's the cramps in my legs and stomach and the pressure on my pelvis and cervix which are the main problems. I might just have to struggle through the next 13 wks and will prob get more sleep once baby arrives!
