12w4d with twins - brown spotting

Hi,
Last Thursday I had some brown spotting which the midwife told me was fine and old blood and it went away in a few days.
I had my first ultrasound yesterday and found out I was having identical twins.. today the brown spotting has started again.
has anyone else experienced this with twin pregnancy?

Yes, I have ID twins, and had it for a couple of weeks it started the day of my 12 week scan, it was a sub-chorionic hemorrhage and nothing to worry about. Did they pick anything up on the scan? Did they say whether they were mo/mo or MCDA?

Ok, I wondered if the pressure of the scan had moved things about.
Everything was normal was the scan luckily! Both measuring at the right size, confirmed as MCDA. It’s just very overwhelming right now ha
