Trying to conceive after a miscarriage

Hay I'm just seeking some advice or reassurance I guess.
I was on the implantation for a year and after getting it taking out I fell pregnant, I miscarried early on in my pregnancy but I have now been bleeding for 4months. It comes in waves and tappers off to where its just the slightest spotting for a few days to over a week now then gets darker again.

I phoned up my doctor and triage they both says that it can be common to bleed for so long and it'll fix itself.

I started taking ovulation tests for a couple of month now as I was getting jelly like MC alongside with my ovulation app and have gotten to what I think Is a positive twice in the last 2months.

Iv been testing for about 2 weeks now. My positive ovulation strip was 2 days ago but I then took another test to confirm it about an hour or two later and it was negative.

Has anyone had a miscarriage and bled this long?

Can I ovulate but test negative shortly afterwards?

Are they tests accurate?

Hi @Kellsbellz i didn't want to read and run but I'm no good with OPKs.

4 months sounds like a long time to me but I'm not a medic. That must be hard.

You might get more answers from the conception board (re OPKs) and the miscarriage/pregnancy loss board re the bleeding?
