HELP! Third trimester (32 wks) vomiting - can't eat

Can anyone offer any tips or advice to help me eat during the last 2 months of pregnancy? I've been struggling with excess stomach acid for months, got put on 1 omeprazole a day and it was helping a little but I still really struggled. I'd cut out all acidic foods (spices, tomatoes, citris, onion, garlic, coffee) and was living on toast, homemade soup and oatcakes but the last few days everything i eat, even the smallest amounts makes me feel so nauseous until i vomit. I was at the hospital yesterday for a routine appointment and they upped me to 2 omeprazole a day. Last night all i had for dinner was oatcakes and cream cheese with some fruit but vomited that up a few hours later then this morning i had a breakfast bar, just threw that up too. I'm not big built, had a tiny bump last time (first child was 7lbs). This time my bump is massive, baby on target to be between 8.5 and 9lbs and I literally feel like there's just no room for food in my stomach. I'm only 31 weeks 6 days and can't just not eat but everything is making me vomit. I'm living on gaviscon (liquid and tablets) to try and keep anything I do eat down but just really down and worried because I don't know how the baby is going to remain healthy if I literally can't eat. What else can I try? I'm so miserable and don't know what to do 😔 I had similar issues with my first pregnancy but was much smaller. They put me on Ranitadine which fixed everything (before they knew it had links to cancer). I don't know what else to do, the hospital just seem to say tough get on with it but I can't just not eat for 2 months
