12 week scan nerves

Hey! I've got my 12 week scan tomorrow, and to say I'm scared is a understatement, we have had a couple of miscarriages and we've never made it this far and I'm so scared and nervous for bad news tomorrow.

I'm not sure what or why I'm writing this, we haven't told anyone we are pregnant this time round wanted to wait for 12 weeks.

So much going through my head... is it there, was it even there, what if it's gone, I'm so worried

I guess just looking for some nice words ❤️

I was so scared about my 12 week scan and was just convinced of the worst, and that was without any previous loses, so I can’t even imagine how you must be feeling! Fingers crossed for you and hoping once you get in there and see the heartbeat you will be overjoyed and can enjoy the rest of the scan and seeing your baby ☺️

After countless miscarriages I was so so nervous too.

What helped me was thinking what will be will be, I know that doesn't help some people but this is completely out of your hands and if you've had no bleeding or pain I would stay positive.

I can relate, I had a MMC back in August at 7 weeks. Currently 7+4 in this pregnancy and had a scan at EPU at 6+6 where everything looked great. Keep getting bouts of anxiety about what if something's gone wrong, what if I'm walking around not knowing... It's so stressful 😫 Going to book a private scan after Christmas for some reassurance before the 12 week scan, but it feels like years away 🙈
