6 week scan .. worries

Hi ladies
I hope you're all okay
so I'm 6 weeks 1 day today . I know exactly when I ovulated so there's no confusion on the dates . I've had worries over clear blue not going to 3+ . I've had losses at various stages of pregnancy so I worry a lot more than usual maybe?

anyway ,. Today epu scanned me and they could see gestational sac- measuring 10.6 mm x10 mm
and a yolk sac measuring 2.8 mm..
no fetal pole / embryo or heartbeat : they didn't seem to concerned but I am. Shouldn't there be a heartbeat by now? I know I am definately 6 weeks one day . They are rescanning me in 10 days but just wondering if anybody had this happen before ?
I've got 3 children and all of those pregnancies I saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks x

this exact thing happened me a week ago and when I went back 7 days later there was a heartbeat.

i was 6 for first scan and im 7+1 now. Hopefully you will be same 😄

Did you have the dildo cam?

It was a tvs yes

Hey it went well . Currently 11 weeks and have had 2 scans since and all looking good at the moment 🤞
