I’m sorry if this is a silly question but this is my first pregnancy and I’m really struggling with shortness of breath and the gp prescription for sickness isn’t helping at all.

I have had my first midwife appointment and I guess I’m just wondering who I’m supposed to talk to about these things now?

Would appreciate any advice from other mums!

GP for bloods incase you're needing iron tablets.
You might want to buy some lactulose over the counter for the lovely side effects of iron tablets. Confused

GP- I was the same a couple of months ago. Turns out I had a viral infection mixed with low iron. Prescribed antibiotics, iron and an inhaler to help relive it in the short term.

@FlamingoSocks @lovechickencrisps thank you both, will be making an appointment asap!

@SweetPeaPods oh dear, hope you’re well now! It does sound like iron might be an issue for me too
