If your first baby was early, when did your second arrive?

My first baby arrived at 38 weeks, after my waters broke at home. I was pleased as I was beginning to get very uncomfortable and felt like I was about to burst.
I’m currently expecting baby number two and I’m wondering if this one is more likely to be early too?
So if your first baby arrived early, did your second follow this pattern too?

Mine didn't arrive early but 1st was 40+0 and 2nd was 39+0

First 36 weeks. Second 40+2. I was really fed up

Yes - #1 was 9 days early and #2 was 15 days early but I know so many people who had their first early then had a second at 40 weeks, so I didn't get my hopes up that I'd be early again!

Dc1: 37+0 (half hour after midnight)
Dc2: 37-0 (minutes before midnight)

First 35 weeks
Second 37 weeks
third - don’t know yet :) could be interesting

Following. I went into spontaneous labour 10 days early with my first. I’m now pregnant again and, for various reasons, would quite like that timing again.

First was 37+5, second was 38+2.

First was 35+5, second 33+3. I did have pre-eclampsia with both though.

Ds1 born at 38 weeks
DS2 induced at 41 weeks

First 10 days early.

Second on due date.

Both came at 36 weeks.
was fine, teeny tiny but fine.
We we’re home in less than 48 hours both times. (C sections pre eclampsia with both)

First 39 weeks, second 38 weeks exactly ☺️

First early by a week, second overdue 9 days

Reading wanting to know the same thing with #2, DD was 37+1 slow labour. Ended in C section 37+2 and a healthy 7lb 4

36+6 then 39+6

First at 38 weeks after waters broke at 37+5. Second at 36 weeks after water broke at 35+6. Both breech, both sections.

1st 38+6
2nd 40+1

Really expected to be earlier than the 1st, still surprised now.

First 38 weeks, second was bang on their due date.

My first arrived 5 weeks early and my second I suffered pprom. My waters broke at 22 weeks and 4 days. They told me my baby would arrive any day and probably would not survive. But against the odds I managed to keep him in until 38 weeks.

My first was 34 weeks but the second was induced at 39 weeks (and I still think she didn't need to be!).

First @ 39+6
Second @ 36
Third @40 + 1
Fourth @ 25 + 3

My first arrived at 38.5 weeks and my second was 40+2, I was annoyed!

All three babies came at 37 weeks.

Both of mine were 37+1

Thanks all, I think the thing to remember is you just never know with these babies!
