Cyclogest 400mg

Hi, just wanting to know other peoples experience on Cyclogest 400mg, I previously miscarried last July and currently 6 weeks pregnant… I had an early scan and saw baby’s heart beat and the practitioners have said they can prescribe me with this pessary… :)

I was on cyclogest as well (IVF pregnancy) till week 12 and baby is now 6 months old 🙏🏻

Just be aware it has many side effects.

I can’t really say whether it worked or not (I’m not really sure anyone can!). I’ve had two miscarriages with cyclogest, and one carried to term with the cyclogest.

I had three miscarriages, all
Blood tests etc came back negative with no issues shown on the nhs testing, next pregnancy I was prescribed cyclogest which i took to around 24 weeks (was longer than needed but consultant left me
On as I was nervous to come off then) I carried to term.

I then got pregnant again during the pandemic and there was a shortage of cyclogest. I was prescribed another progesterone supplement and again carried to term.

Hiya, I’ve started to take Cycolgest but don’t have all the extreme symptoms with it. Has anyone felt like this?
