Not a lot you can do - I have found warm baths help. Sex, being over active, lifting etc will bring them on so take it easy! I have had them since 20 weeks and they get more manageable. My midwife has said that any women who have had bh's throughout tend to have good births as body is used to the process so at least there is a silver lining 😀

You can take paracetamol if it makes them more bearable. Otherwise there's not much you can do other than taking it easy.

I found gently rotating on a birthing ball eased then or swaying slowly side to side. If you are sure they are just braxton hicks then I'm sorry its just paracetamol, bath etc to help ease pain. You'll be having fairly regular checks from 28 weeks so keep mentioning it to midwife. Do your best to get as much rest as you can, ask friends to help or partner if you need x

I'm 26 weeks and was getting them really bad on Sunday. I phoned just to check and because mine were every 2 minutes apart they brought me in to check for early Labour. Fast forward to last night, they are back, again every 2 minutes: I feel like baby is going to burst out my skin. I'm just telling myself now they are braxton hicks. I read if your dehydrated then they can be worse so get lots of water down you x

Omg i feel you girl .I was just at the shops suddenly i need to stop for a second breath and hold my bump gently up from the bottom to give relief from the pressure and tightness like a balloon is gona pop its such crazy feeling. I think i was on my feet too long aswell maybe it comes often.
