Anyone else had a bug?

Worrying as I've either got food poisoning or a bug. Been shitting and puking at the same time, got really bad squirts sorry for tmi and can't stop throwing up and belly is killing me :( anyone else had this in pregnancy and should I call doctor or will baby be fine ?

Take small sips of water every 15 mins even if you’re being sick. As long as you are still having a wee and it doesn’t continue for longer that about 24 hours you’ll be ok. Hope you’re better soon

Yep had a bug for 4 days now, feel horrendous

I had D&V for a couple of days when pregnant. It came on really suddenly just as I was about to leave to meet friends for dinner 🤦🏻‍♀️ as long as it doesn't go on for long enough to cause dehydration then you should be fine. Obviously if you then find you have any worrying pregnancy symptoms or feel more unwell/become dehydrated (can't keep food or fluids in) then best to ring either your GP or maternity unit.

I'm trying but everytime I seem to be drinking that's when I start throwing up again 😩 thankyou hope I feel better soon too😩

Ring your gp or midwife and take their advice ❤️

Can't hurt to ring your midwife, but as long as you're still wee-big you (and baby!) should be okay.
