I am nearly 19 weeks and I know its still early but cant help getting very anxious that I am still not feeling proper movement yet. I think I have been feeling tiny little flutters like bubbles for the last week but not sure whether its just gas? I thought with posterior placenta you should feel move earlier? When did you first feel proper kicks with your first baby?

The first sign of movement I felt was at 17w4d.. I felt like there were bubbles.. proper kicks started around 20 weeks.. posterior placenta and first pregnancy here too!

I’m currently 28 weeks with first baby, also posterior placenta. I felt bubbles around 18 weeks, I don’t remember feeling proper kicks until about 20 weeks, and now I can’t remember what it’s like to not feel them 😊

Currently 19+5 and movement has been more noticeable this week. Before now I couldn't say I definitely felt anything. I wasn't too sure at first but I've had the same feeling over again - like a twitch or what I imagine popping popcorn feels like and only when I'm super relaxed on the couch or in bed, nothing when I'm busy or working yet.

It's very, very early. It's true that the first movements feel like bubbles, but unless you've felt it before, you really wouldn't know that's what you're feeling. It's also completely normal to go days without feeling anything.

18 weeks for me.

Posterior here and I started to feel bubbles & popping towards the end of week 18. During week 20, I could feel more movement although I never really felt proper kicks because the baby was breach throughout the pregnancy and he was kicking into the placenta so I couldn't feel it.
