I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing reflux every evening even with smaller meals
I’ve had a lot of nausea and tiredness too but I’m not sure if it’s too early for these symptoms.. does anyone else have them/had them?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes. I've got it so much earlier this time. 14 weeks and I've already had Omeprazole prescribed for my heartburn.

6 weeks in was when my sickness really kicked off, I had HG into the second trimester. I remember being exactly 6 weeks pregnant, it was a hot July day and I was sitting on our patio deep breathing through the nausea and trying to force myself to eat some plain rice 🥴 Food aversions started around that time too. Acid reflux and tiredness for me wasn’t until I was much bigger in later pregnancy, but I know many others were extremely tired in the early weeks.

The first trimester was the hardest I found, and made harder by the fact you probably haven’t told very many people. You’re about halfway through it at least Smile

I'm now 7+5 and my symptoms started at around 5 weeks for nausea, was awful and was off work for a week but has lightened up now as long as I eat small and every couple of hours. I also suffer with heartburn, especially early on and I had this from around 3/4 weeks. Hoping I'm over the worst of it for me!

Ah I’m so relieved I’m not alone! It’s my first pregnancy and I haven’t told anyone & I’m noticing I’m getting a bit anxious too! Happy we’re expecting but it all feels a bit daunting.. It’s such a funny experience

@Crimsonripple the other half was out searching for gaviscon at 10pm, I was desperate even after just eating a sandwich at 5?! Felt as if I’d eaten a massive curry or something the way it was burning! 😂

@DaisyChristmasBauble Thankyou 🙏🏼 I’ve noticed a change in what I want to eat too and that’s such a shock as I’m a massive foodie 😂..the half way through part definitely makes it feel a bit less scary!

@leanneb94 I’m going to start having smaller but often meals I think soup and mash might be on the cards for a few weeks! 🤣 do you mind me asking what the 7+5 weeks means 🙈

@Journeywithme23 I think its the best way forward tbh, I cant eat big meals or makes it worse. Of course, sorry, its 7 weeks + 5 days. Will be 8 weeks tomorrow 😊
