Glycerin/Glycerol Suppositories when pregnant?

Hi, I have read a few old threads on here to say these are safe to use in pregnancy, but on googling I can't find which is the best one to go and find in the shops/chemist? Are they just shop branded suppositories, or do they say Glycerol on them?

Struggling terribly with this and tried everything! :(

@Kindofcrunchy I'm only 17 weeks and I have been like this since the very start, was one of my first symptoms, let's hope we get some good advice! The pharmacist I asked when I asked if I could take the constipation tablets said not to, but to get Lactulose, which has done nothing!

Sorry to hear you are struggling! These helped me immensely during pregnancy. You can get these ones any chemist. Hope that helps!

Either the ones above or any non branded that are purely glycerol. Hope you feel better soon

you can buy these in some supermarkets, i know morrisons do them so you dont even need to go to a pharmacy

Brilliant thank you! Do you know if they have Glycerol on the front of the box or does it say suppository and I should check the ingredients?
