In my previous successful pregnancy I remember being sick most evenings from around 6 weeks way into second trimester...

This time around I am 8 weeks but my symptoms are coming and going, over the weekend I was super sick but now I feel fine again. Anyone else had this and have success stories to help me out a bit? I have had 1 MC and 1MMC previously so a bit nervous.

I haven’t had any miscarriages but I’m 8 weeks with my first baby and my symptoms come and go too. Yesterday I had an OK day, I kept gagging in the morning and then got put off my lunch by the smell of a certain type of cheese. The day before that I violently threw up my lunch, which has been the norm for me. Today, I’ve woken up and although I feel a bit hungry-sick, getting dressed wasn’t a problem for me when it normally is and I don’t feel awful. This happened a couple of weeks ago too and I freaked myself out about it until I had a scan that showed a lovely little heartbeat. I’ve got another scan tomorrow. Highly recommend booking a private early scan for some reassurance :)

It’s normal for symptoms to come and go, this is my third and with all 3 I’ve had good and bad days with sickness, and each pregnancy has been very different in terms of severity of sickness and how soon etc symptoms start so I wouldn’t try and compare symptoms to other pregnancies as each is different, hope everything goes well for you x
