I had a text this week to say my form has been received by the department and they will get back to me within 4 weeks with a decision however I'm on pins about it 😩

I've sent all the relevant documentation with the form, smp1, matb1 and correct amount of payslips but I'm worried I won't get it. Currently off sick due to my mh.

I have been with the agency since March 2022 and I haven't worked every single week because sometimes there hasn't been the work available or not suitable for me to fulfill.

So I don't really know how it works in my situation 😕 has anyone been in similar position/agency worker and received ma successfully?
