Hi ladies just received news today that our little blessing stopped growing at 5weeks and 2 days,
been advised to do this naturally as the process has started. Any advice on how to quicken it? I am so scared of the pain, been given codine for pain relief.

Sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage at 4+4 and one later at closer to 8 weeks. The physical pain wasn't too bad at all - more like heavy period cramps. It's the emotional pain I struggled more with.

Sorry for your loss OP. I had a MMC at 10 weeks that stopped growing at 6-7 weeks, was induced by pills, it was more or less like a period except for a brief time of expelling tissue that felt a bit contraction-like, but with paracetamol it was okay and only lasted an hour or so. I hope you recover quickly.
