3rd night in a row can't sleep this is my first baby I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I just can't switch off just don't feel tired at all doesn't matter what I do and
I'm so scared lack of sleep is gonna hurt me and the little one. Has anyone else been through this? What did you do to help?

Yep I was the same throughout my whole third trimester. And couldn't sleep through the day as it was too bright. Unfortunately I just zombied around all day and it does wear you down. I'm afraid it's no better when the baby is born. Up every 3 hours in the night for feeds for the first few months.

I had this with my first but once she was born it went away! Plus if you're breastfeeding the hormones make you fall asleep after night feeds super quickly. I can honestly say I slept far better after she was born! (not longer sadly, but definitely better!)

Now pregnant with my second and I've had it a bit but this time I'm just sooo tired that it seems to be counteracting the insomnia and I do get a bit more sleep

It won't hurt your baby though don't worry about that! It's just you that feels crap!
