Missed period, negative test and spotting

Hi,

I recently had a miscarriage in September since then I have had one period beginning of November. We have been continuing to try to get pregnant again. According to my flo app I am 4 days late but having negative pregnancy tests. Last night and this morning I had a small bit of pink blood spotting. I thought it was beginning of my period but it isn’t that much and has stopped again. Could it just be too early and have low hcg levels or is my cycle still messed up from miscarriage? So confusing

Flo just guesses based on previous cycles so it's much more likely periods are messed up by loss. HCG above 10 can now be detected on tests (above 6 on FRER!) and should be well above that by 4 days after period due. How regular are cycles usually?

Thank you for you message. My cycles were always regular and always on time before my miscarriage. I was thinking same surely a test would have picked up a pregnancy by now. If I don’t get my period this week I will contact my gp

I am experiencing similar symptoms to you right now. Similar situation as well as had miscarriage too. I wondered what happened with yours? I hope you don’t mind me asking. I’m searching for answers!
