Advised to eat more

Hi all I've spoken to a midwife and I've been advised to eat more... which I'm struggling with as I just don't feel hungry.
Plus made to feel guilty for not consuming a lot of meat...
I was supposed to make bolognese earlier but the mince was off and I just didn't want to waddle to the shop for more.. can someone advise me if this is okay or what 'more.' Should I be eating?

Breakfast - Cearal -
Lunch - jacket potato beans and cheese & packet of crisps
Dinner - tomato pasta and cheese
Snacks - scone and cream, strawberries, apple, oranges, Nutrigrain bar & chocolate

I’m sure you’ve posted this same question before?

Seems like you are eating enough to me if you are having normal size portions (maybe try to add in some meat/fish too if you eat these). I’d say you need to question your midwife and ask her what she is recommending you eat more of. Is she saying you aren’t eating enough calories or enough of a certain food group?

What is your BMI? Is your baby growing well?

Is your weight very low? Have you gained anything? That looks like loads of food tbh, if you need clarification on her advice you’re best off asking her I think.
