TMI is this a haemorrhoids or prolapse? Pictures

I am 38 weeks and have a vagina prolapse. Second child it only appeared when I was 20 weeks pregnant.

Tonight I have had a really sore pressure feeling in my bum, I have checked and have this giant grape sized thing coming out of me! It's huge and won't go back! I'm worried it could be a rectal prolapse along side my vaginal one?

Any one help? Sorry for the vile photo I'm in a panic!

I have had a prolapse and it didnt look like that, to me it looks like a pile, looks sore have you tried any cream for it?

Ahh just reread and saw you noticed it tonight, but yes definitely looks like a pile, most shops like tescos etc sell cream x

@BraveFaceScaredInside Thanks I am worried because I have a vaginal prolapse already and now this. Is it normal for it to be out like that and not go back in? I’m currently waiting for doctor to check me but it’s a long wait. Midwife told me to come down to the DAU x

Piles are common during pregnancy, especially the further on you are. Glad you are being seen though, hopefully they will give you some advice. Maybe the sore pressure feeling could be the baby?
