Hi, I was woken last night with excruciating stomach cramps, not period type pains as more upper abdomen but moving down occasionally and into my back.
Im just 13 weeks but never experienced pain like it was looking it up to see if it could just be indigestion/gas but nothing eased it at all. It’s just easing off after 6 hours of being in agony.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m hoping it was just digestive related but also wouldn’t like to experience it again!
