Feel weak, achy body struggling to keep anything down I feel faint constantly. Feeling a bit of a nuisance as I'm complaining daily. I feel so depressed and unwell, I've not eaten a meal successfully in weeks. I've been off work sick for almost 2 months I can financially not afford but also I'm not trying to harm myself and further. When does this get better I've been in and out of hospital on and off different meds had numerous sick injections been on antibiotic drips for infection this is literally a worst nightmare
