Hi all I've had my positive test after missing a period. However for atleast 5 days now I've been in alot of pain with cramping (no blood) more so when I'm walking around. I'm really concerned about it but because I'm 4 weeks 5 days the midwives won't register me as pregnant yet so won't offer any advice :/

Congratulations (if you want to be pregnant).

I had a lot of cramping in the first trimester with both my DC. Not sure if it’s hormonal or the womb changing, try not to worry.
