Vulvar varicose veins and elective c-section

I have an elective - C-section in two days time, and was busy grooming my er.... lady garden today when i noticed swollen veins on my vulvar mostly on one side. A quick search on google, and it seems to be vulvar varicose veins. Great :-(
They are swollen, and look like a cluster of grapes, gross. Would they interfere with c-section, and putting catheter in? I don't know who to mention it to on the day of the c-section too.

Has anyone had c-section with vulvar varicose veins?

Oh I had those! Big awful purples ones that got sore if I'd been standing too long 😣

They never interfered with my CS though, don't worry and they did clear up after the baby was born, no sign of them now.

Nope not at all. These exist because of the pressure of the heavy uterus. Don’t worry.

I had these. I had a vaginal birth. They just disappeared as soon as the baby was born.
