Last week when I went to 12weeks NHS scan I realised that my baby heart stop beating when I was 9 weeks and 1 day , this was my first pregnancy and obviously I cried a lot ... , Then Dr talked to me about this is very common and don't worry.
They gave me 3 options through my MMC , I choose natural and I told them if I couldn't miscarry for a week I will go for option 3 which was surgical management.
When I back home I feel like period pain(however it was the expected day of my period ) and I started bleeding and I passed baby and sac( worse time of my life ) after that I had no pain and I started bleeding .
Today is day 6 since my miscarriage began , tomorrow I have a scan to see do I need surgical management or everything passed by natural.
I feel better and positive for next pregnancy, Last time it takes 4 month for me to get pregnant, I'm thinking about what is the best time to get pregnant, I now it depends on your condition but I feel like I'm ready...
How ever I think I need to do some test to check my hormone level because during this pregnancy I was bleeding when I was 6 weeks and 7 weeks , when I was 8 weeks I went to EPU they told me baby is fine and I'm in a good condition and don't worry, when I asked do I need to take progesterone they told me they don't give me hormones in case I had a miscarriage...
Now I have a miscarriage and I think I have to check my progesterone level which I'm sure is not enough to have a normal pregnancy, because I had all symptoms of low progesterone level like dry vaginal and bleeding..
