I feel STARVING every 30 mins or so in the 1st trimester and if I don’t eat I start to feel nauseous. I’m 11 weeks tomorrow.
Pre pregnancy I barely snacked and rarely ate breakfast, now I’m an unstoppable machine!
Does this calm down a bit in the 2nd trimester? I’m a bit concerned about the amount of weight I’ll gain if I keep eating the way I currently am as also can’t bring myself to exercise much.
