TBH, I'm not excited. I feel really terrible about myself and I'm more annoyed than I should be happy. More disappointed and I felt this way with the first as the pg wasn't planned and now this? I'm not sure how to handle this reality any advice, I'm feeling like I've just been too ungrateful. Considering I wasn't the happiest when I was pg with the first and its happening again. 😮‍💨

I had this, DS was 7 months and I was actually so angry? He's now 10 months and DS2 is coming along nicely. I got over it eventually and started to get excited, I figure get the baby stage all done then that's it! I hate being pregnant too so at least I didn't have to prepare for it again. All the best x

You don’t have to have another kid if you don’t want to. Is your fella using contraception as well as you? Make him take responsibility for contraception too.

(No actual advice from me, but if you want to have another kid, plan for future childcare-nurseries, wraparound, school holidays, sick days etc. And obv if you’re unmarried, don’t quit your job without that legal protection in place.)

I’m in the same position too. Except I’m due. I went with the expectation I’d change my mind and accept what is happening as many people tell you. Plus it took us a long time to conceive so I thought we may not get this again.
It breaks my heart to say it but I still don’t want this baby. I keep telling myself I wanted this eventually (it’s just not the right time for me now).
i would think long and hard about what you want and trust yourself.
