As the title says really!
I'm 30+2 and have just noticed a brownish discharge, don't have any pains or anything and baby is moving fine, do I need to go to the hospital or just see if anything else happens??

Give the MW a call and see what she says.

It's a good (well better) sign that it is brown rather than fresh blood. Have you had sex today? This may be a cause, and is a question she may ask.

Good luck xx
