Loss of appetite 30 weeks?!

Don't really remember feeling like this with my first but like a switch, I've suddenly massively lost my appetite. I find myself only wanting small, light meals but even so, I can easily get through the day just on two meals. I know it's not healthy or good for my energy or the baby, but I think it's a bit of a) indigestion b) constantly feeling full due to baby growing!

Is this quite normal? Anybody else experience this?

Currently experiencing this at 31 weeks. Have felt it the majority of my pregnancy to be honest. Could happily go all day on just a few snacks and I never ever really fancy anything so dinner choices are hard. I get full up so quick. I’m trying to be mindful and make sure I’m snacking throughout the day atleast but even that is difficult! I had a big appetite before pregnancy.

Trying hard to keep hydrated too but finding that just makes me feel even more full up.

@OrcaBlondie I agree dinner choices are the most difficult!
My appetite was through the roof first and second trimester.
Hate to admit I only managed cereal around midday yesterday, a coffee, chocolate bar, apple and then two pieces of toast around 10pm. I know that doesn't sound great in the slightest. Same as you, I am trying to keep my water intake up throughout the day as well!

Never experienced anything like this with my first pregnancy. Always are pretty well throughout so this is new to me.

I sometimes have less than that. Try not to worry I am sure our bubbas are doing just fine. We can only do what we can do and we are doing our best! Are you taking vitamins?

I can’t wait to actually enjoy food again lol

@OrcaBlondie thank you! I'm sure you are right. Have another midwife appt next week and so bump will be measured im hoping all will be okay!

Yes still taking vitamins daily. Pregnacare ones and also on additional calcium and Vitamin D since the start of my pregnancy too. Bloods seem to be fine since my last midwife appt, maybe I'm just overthinking things!

Already thinking about that first big meal I'm going to have after baby is born 🤣 I saw a thread the other week about "last meal before having a c section" and was already daydreaming about what I would have - the way I'm feeling I'll just be having toast at this rate!!
