Braxton hicks every time I move

37 weeks now and I'm constantly over thinking every little symptom. I've been having BH since 19 weeks and obviously they have gotten stronger and more regular over time. A few nights ago I had awful twinges in my back coming in waves which I honestly thought was labour but clearly not - must have been BH! Every time I move i.e to sit up, stand up, or pick something up off the floor I get really intense tightenings. They don't hurt but they make me freeze because it's so uncomfortable. Is this normal for them to happen during movement/exercise rather than staying seated/still?

That was normal for me, every time I moved they started, if I moved faster than a slow walk they got so uncomfortable I had to stop and rest. If you're worried though give your midwife a call.
