NIPT test - Vision or Harmony?

Hi. Have booked to get the NIPT due to finding of mild dilated left kidney at 20 week scan. Consultant has reassured me possibility of genetic issues is low but we felt we would get the NIPT for peace of mind (hopefully!!).

Deciding between vision and harmony. I'm 21 weeks so fetal DNA should be well present. What did people get and what would you recommend? I want as accurate as poss, but have heard about the vision test being wrong for sex before. We are only wanting to check the trisomies as we are keeping the sex a surprise...

I've had panorama which has been reliable, twice.

I had vision because it is more accurate for chromosomal abnormalities. I haven’t heard of it being wrong for sex but if you’re keeping sex a surprise then hopefully that shouldn’t matter anyway. It was right for my sex (25 weeks pregnant now so right according to scans). Good luck, can imagine the wait is very painful but I hope it’s good news.
