hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

I am 6w3d pregnant having had IVF, during which I had to have a dilatation and sedated transfer. I had previously had a LEEP in July.

Last week after a bit of gardening and sweeping up etc I had a bad bleed. The blood was bright red, more like a nosebleed than a period. Brought in for bloods and a scan and all fine. The doctor seemed really happy actually and I was given the all clear to resume moderate exercise.

Yesterday I rode my horse for the first time since IVF. I was only on for 15 mins and neither of us broke sweat; basically walking the whole time. We are used to competing so this was very light work indeed. About 4 hours later I had some mild cramp and then again, another gush of bright red blood.

I’m waiting to hear back from ACU but has anyone had anything similar? It feels like actions that engage my core might bring it on? I’m on the couch today and daren’t move.

Penny for your thoughts?
