I took 4 Sudafed 11 weeks pregnant - should I panic?

Currently suffering with the horrible cold everyone seems to have, and taken 2x2 Sudafed over the past 3 days to help with how bad I'm feeling, I've only now just learnt I should take these during pregnancy and now I'm in a big panic!

I also had a Lemsip the other day, but haven't dared bother with another because of how sick I feel!

Should I be worrying about this, or just (obviously) avoid taking anymore? My little girl has the cold too so I'm so focused on getting her better I didn't even think to check if I can have stuff for a cold!

Just avoid taking any more. You didn't even take the full recommended daily dose so your exposure is very very low.

Many medicines are not recommended during pregnancy purely because they can't be tested on pregnant women so can't be tested for side effects.

The odd one is fine. I had a bad cold when pregnant with my second and let myself have a Sudafed before bed to enable me to sleep, because I had to be up with the pre schooler at the crack of dawn.
