Hi everybody, first time poster here!

We have been trying to conceive for 2 years and followed a chemical pregnancy last year we are fi ally pregnant again! Horray!

Although there has been some anxious moments I'm just wondering if anybody can relate or has has similar experiences...

When I was 5 weeks pregnant I had a very slight bleed, I attended the EPU and everything was fine, they saw the sac and yolk they set up another appointment for 2 weeks time and they found a good heartbeat and dated me at 7 weeks.

Fast forward to a couple of days ago I had pink stained discharge, not a major amount but I freaked out! I booked a private scan ASAP literally within the hour I was at a private clinic. (Anxiety really took over)
I explained I had some pink stained discharge she scanned me and everything was perfect our little baby dated 8 weeks and 5 days and not only had a heartbeat but was wiggling around. She explained she could not find a reason for the bleeding.

This was 2 days ago but everyday since I have had the pink stained discharge again and I'm still really worried about it. It's not everytime I wipe I'd say maybe once or twice today though it has been about 3 times, we have not DTD since Monday either.

Has anybody else had something similar happen to them?

Thank you

I had this with dc3, there was never a reason for it and everything was ok so hopefully it's a similar situation for you, just keep a close eye. Pregnancy is such an anxious time! Good luck xx

I had on and off discharge bleeding in both pregnancies, up until around 12 weeks in my second pregnancy. There was never a reason for me either. I could be saying this wrong so I apologise, but from memory I'm sure it was mentioned that the lining of the cervix and cause a slight bleed sometimes for some people but it's nothing to worry about.
I always think it's worth getting anything that concerns you checked though 🙂

Thank you both! ❤It really is such an anxious time, i will be sure to keep an eye on it.
I have been told in the past I have cervical erosion so maybe that could be the cause.

I had pink/brown discharge and light bleeding in my current pregnancy OP - also had a private scan at around 8 weeks, convinced it was over - am 26 weeks now, all fine. Totally understand the anxiety though having had two early MCs. Best of luck to you x
