Spotting and slight cramping - Am I overthinking?

I’ve recently found out I am pregnant for the first time - estimated to be about 7weeks and 2 days.

I’ve got some symptoms like sore/heavy boobs, nausea like all the time it feels, aching muscles and trouble sleeping.

I’ve recently had a bit of spotting - mostly light pink or light brown only when I wipe and even then it’s not all the time. I spoke to my GP who has said it is normal in early pregnancy and to get in touch if any pain or it gets heavier. However now I feel like occasionally I have a bit of a dull ache in like lower left side of what I can only describe as like the ovary area and now I’m worried I’m over thinking it. Is it normal to have a bit of an ache and it not to be a problem? I don’t think it’s cramping? I don’t tend to really have cramps when I have a period so I’m not sure I would necessarily know?

I have a midwife appointment booked but it’s still like 2 weeks away. I feel like I’m not really believing I’m pregnant yet as I feel like I need actual confirmation before it sinks in. I’ve taken 4 tests which have all been positive so I must be. I’m just so worried and don’t want to get too excited. I’ve been wanting a baby for a long time now so I’m just worried something is going to happen. Which I know I can’t help if something did.

Would appreciate some insight and to know if I’m overthinking it or not!
